This place feels very homey, nice view of the green fields. It is about 10 mins away from the inner city of Mae Hong Son, so unless you have your transportation, you could definitely take a long stroll or easily just order grab (only motorcycles). The rooms were very clean, showers all clean. We had plenty of water in our rooms. Very nice and welcoming host!, we had to leave a day earlier and he was even going to refund us for the last day even though it was a last minute plan on our part. Overall very nice and pleasant experience! You can definitely live life slowly while your here compared to other parts of Thailand.

Nice room, Pimpa the host was very friendly, the breakfast was decent. A bit outside the town so you'll need a vehicule to get there.

The host Pimpa was very eager to be helpful. The place was in a nice area surrounded by rice terraces and heels with a beautiful view from the living area. Room was spacious nice hot water, we worked very well. A nice addition of some fruit for the picking in the living area.

“Best place to stay on our three month trip in Thailand”

Pimpa is an incredibly kind and generous man and for us he really made the whole stay so special. The rooms and bed linens are kept very clean and cared for. There is a public sitting area and coffee/tea and refrigerator, everything is well cared for and maintained and we had everything that we needed . Our room was lovely, room number seven overlooking the Rice fields in the back. We ended up staying an additional five days after our first five days because we enjoyed the quiet simplicity of the town and staying with Pimpa was such a joy. He let us use his bicycles, provided breakfast every morning and coffee, and helped in so many different ways, not just us but other guests as well. And every day I was able to do physical therapy and exercises in the large swimming pool at the Hot Springs just around the corner. There is a small public village weight room across from the Hot Springs. Local people sold food in the evenings in front of their homes and there was a small fresh food market. I lovely small Thai town . In the three months of traveling in Thailand, this was by far our very favorite place.

Very quiet, Pimpa is definitely a super host. Good breakfast as well. I stayed longer than I expected but definitely worth it ! Nice view over the rice fields and mountains. I recommend if you’re doing the Loop.

Mr. Pimpa takes care of his guests. We like the breakfast the most. Very good breakfast. I can recommend this accommodation. Good price-quality ratio. Good location. It is worth using the thermal pools, which are very close.

Very good value for money. The room is quite rudimentary but has all the essentials. Pimpa is also a great host and made us an amazing breakfast, which we ate while enjoying the views from the terrace.

Amazing hosts, very sweet and helpful. Cooked a vegan breakfast for me and even gave me a ride to the center of Mae Hong Son. Very nice walk in the rice fields nearby, with bamboo bridge. And 5 min walk to hot springs with pool.
