“cheaters”
nothing, they sent me to different place!! arrived the hotel about 6pm , nobody was there , dark no lights look like nobody living there, i found a guy from sweden waiting to check in for 2 hours, then we waited together till a lady show up, then she took me to another building far away from banana hostel , empty building and she gave me a very dirty room in fourth floor with no lift, no towels no shampoo, nothing at all , i stayed 6 hours and left to airport for my flight, couldn’t sleep from the street noise , that’s wasn’t the deal , wasn’t what i paid for

went to check in for a layover so only really had a couple of hours. there wasn’t even a proper “reception” to check in they only had a (disconnected) phone number on the wall to then “help you check in”. cleaning lady eventually came in and didn’t even know where the check in staff was nor did she want to help me find them. it was truly a terrible hostel. after 4 hours of waiting booked a new hostel because other guests told me staff comes and goes whenever they want. Never had such a bad experience with hostels. If you have a choice DON’T EVER STAY HERE

“Fraud people never book or you are risking your life”
Fraud people You book hotel, pay in advance and they give your room to someone else and don't have any communication after that. You are asked to go away and in a foreign country you don't know where to go. Such a creep and fraud people.

I months ago informed the hostel via email I would check in after midnight between 1-2am, the reply came in to say noted. But when I arrived I was told room full already and I was led to another hostel and paid 150 batt extra though the bed was comfy. I was told on the spot check-in was before 12 midnight. Inconsistent, I felt.
