Wean is a fantastic host! My friend and I stayed here for four nights and had the absolute best time. On our first day, Wean took us to the local night market, and throughout our stay, he was always available for a chat at the bar. He gave us great local tips and truly cares about his guests. The facilities are excellent: there’s an outdoor gym, and you can go fishing, paddling, or play ping-pong. It’s a super chill place if you're looking to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Chill and relaxing, yet very clean and well maintained at the same time. Right on the main street near the Saphan Kwai where They’ve got lots of parking making a great place to be in the evenings and if you plan to do any road trips during the day

“Chill place in nature”

It's a pretty cool setup located right in nature. Wen is a great host. He's really attentive and always tries to be there to help you out. There is a little open living room (or shared area) right in the middle of the site. It was a great place to hang around and have some chats with Wen and other travelers, especially at night. They got two indoor showers located inside of the toilets as well as some outdoor showers. We were in a double bed room and the beds as well as the whole room was pretty alright. Fair warning though: Of course since it's right in nature, that comes with sounds from nature itself. We personally were not bothered by it, on the contrary- it was like falling asleep to an ambient sound video on YT.

“Cool place to stay with a great host”

Nice room in converted storage containers, which made a cool alternative camping feel but with air con and a comfy bed! Basic shower and toilet facilities but everything you need. The host is friendly and kind, he is great to chat to and he took me to his favourite restaurant which was amazing. I went on the paddleboarding trip on the first day which was really fun, amazing views and a good way to meet other people when travelling solo. Great location nearby to the river and bridge and easy to get a taxi or scooter into the other parts of town. I would recommend staying a few days to see all that Kanchanaburi has to offer, I had a great time.

“A warm and friendly stay!”

I had an amazing stay at Win’s Accommodation in Kanchanaburi! The location is perfect—right near the river and close to everything you need. After a long and tiring journey to get here, Win made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help with everything. He gave great recommendations on where to go, helped with my laundry, and even took me to his DJ night, where I met other travellers. Win is truly a man of many talents—I have no idea how he runs the entire place by himself, but he does it so well! One of the highlights of my trip was the paddleboarding session down the river, which I highly recommend. It was such a peaceful and fun experience and the best way to take in the beauty of Kanchanaburi. The accommodation itself is so cute. I loved having my own private room for the same price as a hostel, making it an incredible value. The atmosphere is super relaxed, but there’s still plenty to do. In one day, I managed to visit the waterfalls and go paddleboarding, and the next day, I explored the caves and took the 1:30 pm train back to Kanchanaburi for just 300 baht, which was so much fun. I only wish I had booked a longer stay! Win has created something special here—it’s a wonderful work in progress built on passion and ambition, and he’s doing it all on his own. Thanks for sharing this lovely place with travellers, and a special shout-out to Lucky the dog, who made the stay eveter! If you're visiting Kanchanaburi, you must stay here—and definitely do the paddleboarding! Oh, and more thing - his cocktails ARE THE BEST

“Great place to stay in nature”

Such a cool spot, amazing place to watch the sunset, really felt like a rustic, back-to-nature experience. The containers are really quirky and very comfortable with air con and comfy beds. Win shared a Google Map with loads of local recommendations, which was great.

The host Wean is one of the nicest people I have met! He is super down to earth, funny and we had great nights together. He showed me so many "off the grid"-locations that I got a whole new view on Kanchanaburi. Also the SUP trip was really nice, between calm and adventurous.

“All round great accommodation and activities”

Amazing location with serene views down to the Khwae. Lovely room with comfy beds and electric, working AC ( which is important in these containers in the sun!) Double rooms were large and lockable. Great location walkable to the bridge or moped elsewhere. 10 min to bus station taxi. Great company in the evening with locals coming to the bar aswell and including us in the fun. The SUP tour was great aswell, so relaxing and fun to float down the river at sunset. Nice outdoor showers with great pressure.

Probably the best place to stay at in Kanchanaburi. The spot is surrounded by nature and it just gives that campsite feeling. The location is nice, it's close to the bridge and some food locations. The host is an great guy the hangout with, very welcomming and chill, he even took me out on a few trips. Would love to go back at somepoint! + You have to do the stand up paddling, it's so much fun and it's a unique way to see the train crossing the bridge.

I love this place ♥️ I have been here approximately 4-5 times and I'm very impressed. Both the accommodation and activities have been great overall. Each visit has been unique and I've met new friends and experienced new stories that I've never encountered before. It feels like a new place every time, never repetitive. The staff has taken excellent care of everything. Accommodation: - The accommodation is in a container with air conditioning, so there's no need to worry about heat. The beds and pillows are good, comfortable, and clean without any odor. - It's safe; I've been here multiple times and never had any issues. However, if you're concerned, it's sufficient to bring valuable items with you. - The shared bathroom is very clean. Inside the bathroom, you can take a shower, or if you want to have a unique experience, there's another corner for open-air bathing. It's very natural and provides an atmosphere that can't be found in other accommodations. - The interior atmosphere of the accommodation is very natural, with large trees. - The staff takes good care of everything. - The price is affordable. - There's no food provided at the accommodation, but you can order food from Grab Food. The accommodation also has a bar area with beverages, coffee, and a chill atmosphere throughout the night. - Location: It's in the city area with plenty of food options nearby. Activities: - Stand-up paddle board activity very enjoyable. The route is approximately 5.5 kilometers, and it takes about 2-3 hours, depending on the wind and weather conditions. - The weather isn't too hot, but if it is, you can jump into the water. Life jackets are provided, and everyone must wear them for safety. - There are staff members available to take care of everything throughout the activities.

“Unique place to stay with cool relaxing vibe.”

Fantastic place with a really cool vibe and really great staff. The owner went out of his way to help us in organising onward transport for our next place on our trip. We also went on a paddle boarding with the staff which was awesome. Such a unique place and experience. Cant wait to visit again next year with our children.

The property is good, you can go there as a group of friends or stay there just 2 is nice but there are just a few rooms so you better book before you arrive. And the route of beginner is suit your one day trip, you can enjoy the sunset at the end. So beautiful. Also, the owner is also nice to us, he recommended a fabulous local restaurant with Jazz and delicious food!

Very nice place! Location is close to the bridge and everything you need, but still feels like you are outside the city with the green garden surrounding you. Staff is very nice and friendly. Stand up paddle was also so relaxing and so much fun. Highly recommended!
