On the positive side, the water pressure in the bathroom is strong, which is definitely a plus.

“Clean, new aircondition, quiet, nice staff”
I felt safe even if it is a budget hotel. The receptionist was nice and the cleaning lady was nice, and even if the area was in a soi it felt safe, i think the neighbours know the owner of the hotel personally. It also seems like its a family owned establishment

“Clean as a whistle and quiet as a church mouse.”
The most startling first impression was how clean the place is from the reception area (even the office) through the lift/elevator, the corridors and stairs, and the room itself was spotless. It was amazing. Considering it is only about 300m down a soi from Route 1 north of Bangkok, it was very, very quiet. The receptionist was polite, professional, and efficient. Check-in was very good. It was quite obvious foreigners aren't that common but the process of scanning my passport for the RTP Immigration was done quickly. Also, there is a menu at reception for what seems to be a local restaurant for delivery. I chose to buy a couple of skewers from a food cart outside the little mum and dad shop next door. It was all very, very good.

“Pleasant experience”
The hotel has good rooms with nice and comfortable beds along the with clean toilets. The staff is polite and ready to help you in every way possible. The location is close to Don Mueang Airport (around 20 minutes by cab). Though it’s located outside Bangkok city, it isn't much of an issue, especially since you can take easily take buses and tuk-tuks to the city center at very cheap costs.
