“A few days in Franconia”

We stayed in an apartment on the third floor of a very old and special house. Some people may not like it, but we enjoyed the old wooden stairs that creak when you walk. We parked our car in the yard and had a private parking place. The yard is quite small, so it may be difficult for an inexperienced driver to park there. However, the host has a “Plan B” and can offer another parking place a short distance away. The apartment is bright, spacious, and cozy. The windows have views of nature and the city, and the area is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee machine and a toaster. We had everything we needed during our stay. The bed is large, but the mattress is very firm. For us it was not a problem. The bathroom is renovated and the shower is spacious. We will definitely come back again.

The host was super friendly and couldn’t have been any more helpful. He was also really knowledgeable of the area which we hadn’t visited before. The location was perfect..a short walk into the centre. The apartment is way bigger than we expected, was clean and had everything we needed. It’s great value for money and I wonderful area, will be back!

Very friendly host was waiting for us as we arrived over an hour late. Beautiful neighbourhood with just a short walk to many attractions.

Fantastic location nestled in old streets with Church courtyard, great feel. Local restaurant across the street, felt like a local. Easy walk into the old town about 10 minutes passing landmarks on the way. Host very helpful with sightseeing information as well as orientating the city for us. Free parking an absolute bonus, did not need car. The accomodation had a rustic feel, very clean, very large had everything at hand.

Spacious apartment with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Easy wallking distance to centre attractions. On site parking. It has the potential to be a fabulous place to stay.

the place is wonderful! located in a peaceful street, it has a restaurant nearby and it is a couple minutes from the main cathedral. also is near from the old town and very easy to walk around and know amazing places and taste the slow peace of life. the host is lovely and very helpful!

Well appointed apartment, comfortable beds, quiet location, friendly host. A 10-15 minute walk from the town centre.

“Top Tier accommodation in Bamberg”

The location is great. Less than 10 minutes to Schlenkerla and everything else Bamberg has to offer. The wonderful hospitality, the facilities, great kitchen, and comfortable bed made the trip very enjoyable. Place is clean well organised. Great shower. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone traveling to Bamberg.
