“A perfect hotel experience.”
We stayed for two nights as part of a week in Bavaria and could not fault the hotel at all. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite and it was undoubtedly the best room of our trip. Everything about the hotel from the staff to the central location and the breakfast was fantastic and we will undoubtedly be staying there again.

The location is really good, very close to the main sightseeing and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious, the staff is really helpful. Only the hotel restaurant was closed, surely next time we will enjoy those services as well.

Proper breakfast buffet and good value for the night. Large room. Very clean. Convenient to taxi stand, buses and easy walk into center. If you want to avoid a hotel chain, this is a good option.

“Excellent staff at charming central Hotel”
Excellent staff! Christina, on reception, was both very professional and very welcoming. They proved their excellence to me when I asked a month ago if they could receive and hold a complicated shipment of a package that had caused me a number of issues. They were quick to help out and the package arrived as planned and was held for our arrival. They went above and beyond what other hotels would have done. We arrived early, and they were so helpful to hold our bags as we toured the town while our room was prepared. The room was outstanding! Spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has some great old world charm and has an excellent location. We could not have had a better experience!! We will be back, highly recommend this charming hotel and it's staff.

Beautiful historical building, at walking distance from the station. Great room, big, clean, and well decorated, with a comfortable bed, ample bath renovated, toiletries, complimentary coffee and water daily. Very convenient location, in the main.street close to all sights and near good restaurants.

“Top Notch Hotel - friendly staff, super location, great breakfast and well worth the money!”
Hotel was extremely well decorated for the Easter season with professional decorative themes throughout the entire hotel. The staff was the friendliest I have encountered in my travels within Germany. They went out of their way to assist in all matters. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well soundproofed. The breakfast lived up to all my expectations and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout the breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

“A great value offer right in the heart of Bamberg. With friendly staff and great facilities.”
The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They allowed us a working space and provided water and coffee while we waited for our room. This high standard was maintained throughout our stay.
