“Great place for a short stay with family”

Great hosts, beautiful garden, clean and useful facilities. There is a private kids playground. Old city beach is in walkable distance

First of all, the house is very well maintained and beautiful. Both the outside and inside are clean and cozy. Irina and the staffs were all very kind and made me feel welcome. Also, you can see Lake Issyk-Kul right in front of the accommodation, and it is really beautiful.

I was very impressed with this accommodation. The interior was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is also very close to Issyk-Kul Lake, making it very convenient and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable like staying at home. I highly recommend following the location on 2GIS because the Google Maps pin is not accurate.

The staff was very pleasant—they helped us carry our luggage from the car to the rooms and quickly arranged dinner, even though we hadn't requested it in advance. They also gave us great advice on nearby locations and the best places to visit

Very nice owners, the place was clean and warm, room was small but convenient. Great location next to the lake. Bit difficult to get to, but they do send you detailed description beforehand so should be possible to find following the instructions.

“Really excellent guest house”

This guesthouse is really excellent. It is massive and probably the most comfortable we stayed in during 8 weeks in Central Asia. You even get access to the kitchen if you want to cook. Easily the best option in Balykchy.

We really appreciated the owner’s flexibility in checking us in very late in the day. We also loved the location - it was peaceful and quiet, with lakefront views.

Possibly the nicest place we have stayed over a month in Central Asia. Run by a lovely couple - perfectly clean and very homely. Playground for kids. Equipped kitchen helpful suggestions and directions to property. Great value for money.

The property was beautiful and airy, with a great kitchen which was perfect for travelling with small children and meant flexibility for the morning and breakfast. It was a really easy walk to the beach.
