“Disappointment, a new and modern hotel without a decent breakfast.”
The location of the hotel is excellent, in the city center and within walking distance from the central station of Balti, where shared taxis to other cities depart. The rooms are large and spacious, with a balcony that was in the room.

“Excellent Stay with Minor Hiccups”
My recent stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The room was wonderfully spacious, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable mattress and pristine, white linens – just how I like them. The cleanliness throughout was exceptional, and I found all the expected amenities such as slippers, a bathrobe, plush bath towels, and toiletries readily available.

We have been using VisPas for many years, and is great. If is an issues as minor as it can be they are trying to solve it as fast as possible. amazing for group travels or just couples, great position.

Kindly advice for the receptionist, please look into your system if a customer came already 6 times or more to your hotel, for sure he knows he have to pay before leaving! Using Booking.com for reservations makes him more aware about this.
