The heated indoor swimming pool was superb. So was the staff at the pool handing out the towels. Breakfast was very good. So many options.

“Perfect location.”
It was much better than expected, for a fair price. Top location. We did almost everything by foot, as the hotel is very close to the seaside e very well located, close to everything. Staff was super welcoming at all times.

The staff were friendly and spoke English! They had some great extras such as free tickets to the Christo Luz and free sparkling wine. Breakfast was great and had some great options

The staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. We were greeted with a glass of moscato on arrival in the beautiful lobby which smelt amazing. We had a wonderful stay due to the staff especially Ardnei who made breakfast very special each morning and was attentive to whatever we needed. Sandro was friendly and served us for dinner late one evening and took a photo of us and had delicious caprihinas in the hotel restaurant. The hotel was comfortable and we had a choice of room service and beer/ wine in the room. They offered a towel for the beach and pool. The pool and spa was warm and had clean facilities. The reception staff helped us with directions and free access to Cristo Luz. We would stay again!
