Overview
In the heart of the world-famous Burren, these charming self-catering cottages are located in the village of Bellharbour, approximately 6 km outside Ballyvaughan. Burren Way Cottages make a comfortable base from which to explore Ireland’s Ailwee Caves, Corcomore Abbey and the world-famous Cliffs of Moher. The cottages are very popular with hill walkers and those touring the coasts of Clare and Galway. There are 9 self catering cottages, each with 3 double bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and another bedroom upstairs which has en suite facilities. Each cottage also has an open-plan living room/dining area with a TV and a real open fire. Every kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a washing machine/dryer, a fridge and a cooker. Cots and high chairs are available on request. The village of Bellharbour has a small pebble beach and there is a local shop and a public house near the cottages.

Amazing location for a city getaway. Close proximity to both Galway, Cliffs of Moher and Burren. All the necessities for cleaning and cooking are provided by the host which is really nice. We were staying during Christmas time and the host kindly decorated the house for us🥰

Very spacious living room area. The kitchen is big enough for basic cooking and you can eat in the living room with plenty space. The location was great and only a few min away from the sea.

“Scenic and peaceful”
Beautiful location. Kitchen had everything we needed, very close drive to local restaurants also. Very easy check in, check out. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great to be able to bring our dog.
