“Cosy, traditional Irish Cottage.”
This is such a gorgeous traditional Irish cottage. We fell in love with it. Comfortable bed, effective wood fire stove, well equipped kitchen in a quiet area with generous safe parking behind a closed gate. Host Lena ia lovely.

The house is 300 years old, but still well-preserved. The location is very rural and quiet. Lena, the landlady, is very friendly and helpful. On our first day, she invited us for tea and cake and gave us helpful tips for sightseeing tours.

“Not ideal to book the cottage during the colder months”
The Cottage has an excellent location if you want to explore the south west coarst of Ireland. We were the only couple using the cottage and therefore it was very spacious. Upon our arrival the proprietor was kind enough to light up the fireplace and heat up the living room for us. It was lovely.

“Relaxing”
The cottage was charming and had everything we needed for our short stay. We would have liked to stay a couple of days longer but it was booked up. Lena was a lovely host, very helpful with local information. She also gave us some lovely eggs from the hens. They, the hens I mean, were very friendly, well used to people!

“Excellent choice”
