The location was a quick walk from the local village and a short cycle/ drive from beautiful beaches. The area had beautiful views of the sea nature and amazing Connemara ponies. The house was comfortable and warm and everything we needed with a friendly and helpful host.

The location is excellent. Close to Ballyconneely Golf Club, beaches, Keoghs (shop, restaurant, and bar). Very comfortable stay.

Very clean and well set up. We only made breakfast but it it bright and airy and you don’t have any interference or supervision from the owners who are living beside.

The location was just perfect. The little extra touches from the host - milk and coffee was provided, and snacks were also given on arrival. There was additional beach towels alongside regular towels, and shower gel was also included. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had an air fryer. Such a lovely, homey and very considered accommodation.

Exactly what we were looking for. Great location, some stunning nearby beaches. Gorgeous part of the country. Friendly hosts, accommodation spotless and well equipped.

What we like most in the property is the quietness of the area, its privacy; all that we need to prepare our meals are all in their just like home. It was our second home even for a 2 nights stay.

I really enjoyed staying in the surf hut. It was well equipped for cooking & Jennifer kindly provided tea, coffee & basic food items as well as complimentary chocolate! Jennifer & Kevin were very friendly & accommodating & also offered lifts to the beaches & nearby shop. The place was very quiet & peaceful & close to many scenic areas & several beaches. I would highly recommend the surf hut for a relaxing break.
