The hotel itself was ideal, the staff were super friendly especially the woman on the front desk when we arrived Saturday evening off the beach. Should a lovely woman and I didn’t catch her name unfortunately!

From the moment we arrived, our stay at The Cliff House Hotel was simply exceptional. Nestled in a fantastic location, it was ideal for a peaceful escape. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The room was very nice—comfortable and relaxing—but it was the panoramic views that took our breath away. I wish I could remember the name of the kind woman at reception—she was so warm and attentive, making us feel completely at home. Every detail was taken care of, and we left feeling refreshed and inspired. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a personal, peaceful retreat.We must add that the breakfast was also a real highlight—it was a wonderful start to the day. Thank you so much

“Had a lovely stay and will stay here again when I visit ballybunion next”
Staff were super friendly and the room was very comfortable. They were flexible with the checkout time for me as I was running a race that morning and didn't come back until after 11am. It was very much appreciated. All in all a lovely place to stay and fab location overlooking the beach.
