We didn’t stay or at for breakfast as we left very early in the morning. Host was very pleasant and welcoming. Bedroom and en-suite were very clean. I would strongly recommend this guesthouse to anyone staying in this area.

“My home for 1 night”
The location suited me perfectly as I was shopping in Ballybofey town. Miranda's property was cosy, clean and comfortable. Excellent value compared to a hotel room. Miranda's lovely daughter CJ welcomed me on arrival and explained everything that I needed to know during my stay.. WIFI, house keys, local places to eat etc. I met Miranda at breakfast next morning. Such a warm and kind lady who gave me very good advice which I so appreciated as I was going to buy my dress for my son's upcoming wedding. I would love to stay here again, perhaps during the Summer. I highly recommend a stay. Thank you Miranda.

The location was perfect an easy walk into town, pubs, restaurants and bus stations. Miranda was so friendly and accommodating. The facilities were georgeous with a large lounge room for relaxing. I enjoyed my stay immensely and would stay there again. Thank you Miranda.

Continental breakfast was perfect, as we were in Ballybofey for a marathon. Room was large and radiators had been on so was so warm and welcoming.

Close to the centre of town - I was given a lift in. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortably and cosy. Great value, would certainly recommend a stay at Dergfield House

“Miranda is a lovely host, met us much later than the usual check in time which was perfect.”
