Very cosy cottage, well equipped and , reasonable price. Quiet peaceful rural area but near facilities of Ballinrobe and beautiful lake country. No tourists around .

We were very pleased with our stay here. The cottage was well situated for us to explore Westport, Achill Island, Wild Nephin National Park and to climb Croagh Patrick. The cottage was very good value for money, was nice and warm (we were there during a cold spell in January), had a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It has a washing machine. It was very clean. We would definitely return.

“Peaceful location in a typical Irish rural cottage only 5 minutes from Ballinrobe, with amenities.”
Peaceful and tranquil rural location with very helpful and lovely hosts living next door. Ever ready will useful suggestions for sightseeing and touring. The cottage was well equipped with everything you would most likely need. Great value and in a location that was central to many areas of interest such as Conemara, Croagh Patrick and Clifden (not to be missed for the craic ).

Lovely little fire, friendly neighbourhood, dogs that the kids loved playing with. Remote and quiet with beautiful rural fields. Close to Cong for a lovely day out and lots of walks..

“Cosy and comfortable cottage”
The cottage has a rustic charm and a was very comfortable and welcoming. The host was very friendly and kind. The cottage is in a quiet and peaceful location with sheep on a field right outside the bedroom window. Which was a nice surprise to see in the morning. On arrival the heating was on and the cottage was very warm. There was parking space right outside the cottage.

“Lovely stay”
The cottage was lovely, cosy, nice and warm. Its location was great, in a very quiet and peaceful area. It was very easy to collect the keys upon arrival. The owners are very nice and helpful.

The lady who greeted us was lovely and it was very peaceful and quiet with great views. The owners dog next door was very friendly too. The bed was ok and everything worked in the kitchen.
