We were booked into the one bedroom apartment at the top of the stairs on Friday 29th may and you booked three men into the two bedroom unit next to us They were slamming doors and carrying on from 1.30 to 4.30am which meant we did not sleep at all Your cleaning lady witnessed this around 4.30 am I hope you can charge them something and make a note not to book them in ever again Regards John Billington 0427080040

“Enjoyable stay in central location”
We ended up staying at the Heritage next door to the Richmond. When we arrived at the Richmond the Car park was full and the reception staff offered us a king room in their adjoining property. Comfortable bed and great location opposite the RSL

Very comfortable beds in separate areas. Very clean. Kettle, toaster and milk handy for a light breakfast in the morning. Only a few minutes walk to the river. Lots of cafes, restaurants near by. Nice dinner at Red Wok Thai.
