“Loud”
Very very loud . Staff playing loud music after hour . They couldn't find a room key and said we may need to send the kids to somewhere else. ( my son is 16 )

“Never again, waist of money”
One bathroom was out of action, the other showers were very hard to use as the shower head in the ladies didn’t work properly you would of got wetter in the rain. The noise of the air conditioner or generator not sure what it was but kept going on and off all night. No curtain up at window in the doors , So over all didn’t sleep.

“awesome start to a very fun family holiday”
everything went well, the rooms and shared bathroom were immaculately clean. the staff are very friendly and the hotel is close to everything Ballina has to offer. we will definitely be back but there is one thing that has to change........

Plenty of room and good privacy. Enough room for all of us regarding sleeping arrangements. We had trouble with the noise from the jukebox below u but we expected that.
