My stay here was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless and the house was amazing. I can't recommend this location enough. The property exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth staying here if you get a chance.

“Loved our stay in Ballina station house”

I visited Ballina with my 92 year old mum and my 11 year old daughter and nephew the host Chris was very accommodating for my mum extra needs bed rails and overall comfort she was very comfortable and warm and we loved the open plan kitchen area and the cosy sitting room area. The house was spotless and very clean and we tried to leave it in good condition as the owners clearly have great pride in their house. Lovely little touches all throughout the house and thank you for breakfast cereal's and other nice touches.

The host met came over to help us setup and spent an hour having a chat with my elderly parents. He was extremly helpful and gave great advice on the local attractions. The house itself is beautifully presented with very good quality furnishing and amenities. We had a very comforatable stay and really loved the time we spent in Ballina. It's a great little spot!

Lock box was easy, as was finding the property (bottom of Primrose Hill, almost opposite the train station). Beautifully decorated, downstairs bedroom with walk in shower was a bonus - great for people with limited mobility. Stunning open plan lounge/kitchen with various zones. Very spacious sociable large kitchen Island, and table that comfortably sits 6 adults. Crockery and appliances fabulous, fridge-freezer and dishwasher too. Dispensers in showers for everything needed - and fluffy white towels in both bathrooms great to have hairdyers and lots of mirrors. Work stations in upstairs bedrooms with plenty of charging points - WIFI is excellent. Outside stunning balcony access by large double French doors - I could live here forever!! Breda was a fabulous communicator, everything was perfect!

Property was beautiful, decor made it feel like a home away from home and spotless clean. Directly across from the Bus and Train stations for visitors travelling without car Closesly located to the centre of Ballina Town

Wow I have no words for this stunning house 💫 Absolutely top class with all amenities - wireless phone chargers etc. Breda communicated throughout to ensure a smooth check in/ check out. 5 min walk to town. Located opposite train station, free parking along the street (we got parked right outside the front door.) Highly recommend & I cannot wait to stay again in the future!

The property is really well located in Ballina, close to the train and bus stations, and in a walkable distance from supermarkets. The area outside is great to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The bedrooms are comfortable, although the noise from the street may be uncomfortable because of the circulation of trucks.

Greta communication from Breda prior to arrival. House is immaculate, beautifully decorated throughout to high standard, lovely extra touches - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, cereal. The toys, books, jigsaws kept the kids entertained for hours. Great location across from train and bus station, 5 min walk into town. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The house was spotless and warm when we arrived. No need to worry about how to work the heating or water, everything was done and we had all the heat and water needed. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and a great patio.

The property is newly refurnished to high standard it’s also had everything we needed uv shower bath beautiful size rooms with television kitchen was outstanding.

It was in a great location for us. Comfortable and clean. Decorated for Christmas which made it home from home. Large spacious open plan living, dining, kitchen for us as a larger family. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Heating made the house cozy
