“Spacious but didn't feel clean enough to stay again, or especially secure with staircase leading to a private home.”
There was plenty of space, check in simple and good communication. Kitchen was decently equipped and living area spacious. Good internet connection. Lovely suburban area although for tourists not particularly handy to the city without a 30min train ride. We were visiting family nearby and had a car anyway so distance didn't bother us. There is a bus service near and train is about 5min drive or a bus ride to the nearest station.

“Wonderful experience, charming atmosphere.”
Stayed at this lovely place for 3 nights with my kid, and we had a great time. The local-style building had its charm with the big, beautiful tree in blossom adding to the atmosphere. Access was easy and parking is convenient, and inside, the warm décor made it feel cozy and inviting. The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to relax, and having a supermarket nearby was super handy. The host was kind and welcoming, too.

We appreciated Cozy Place for its cleanliness, spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen and dining facilities. We also had a parking bay and fairly close proximity in terms of a train ride or drive into Copenhagen.

“Spacious accommodation for a fair price not too far from Copenhagen”
We spent 6 nights here visiting Copenhagen and a few nearby sites like Kronborg Castle and we really enjoyed our stay. The spacious accommodation is in the ground floor, the host is living above (there was some noise from above, but it wasn't disturbing) The house is about 25 mins drive from the city centre in a quiet and safe neighbourhood

You got the whole big basement to yourself. Newly renovated with lots of natural light through floor to ceiling windows. Big kitchen, dining area. Very quiet residential area, no traffic noise at all. Great onsite parking.

“We do not feel we received good value for the relatively high price we paid.”
The owners were very nice and helpful in providing advice on local amenities. When requested, they provided us with missing kitchen dishes and glassware. Although the bed was a pullout couch, it was very comfortable. There was lots of room in the unit and we were offered access to the back garden.
