“Comfortable stay in a great location”

Great location and an excellent base for cycling trips. There are plenty of bike trails nearby, surrounded by beautiful nature and scenic views. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed during our stay. We also appreciated that the hosts provided us with a microwave upon request.

Lovely peaceful location. The cabin was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and owners and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about local area.

The Cabin at No 45 is perfect base in Ballater to explore the Cairngorms. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay including a kitchen that makes it very easy to cook in. I enjoyed my visit very much and will definitely be returning in the future. Allison and Les are extremely friendly and helpful and just make for a perfect stay.

Cabin is kitted out with everything you need and all very good quality. Owners lovely and checked regularly everything was OK. Also very helpful regarding cycle/walking routes and where to visit eat etc. it’ll be our go to accommodation when next in Ballater.

It was a very relaxed and perfect in every way. The area of the cabin was adequate in every sense, the water was always piping hot,and the heating system was excellent. The kitchen area had everything you needed. We would stay here again. The owners Alison and Les were very helpful and informative.
