Immaculate, generous sized very comfortable rooms, made to feel extremely welcome and delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Turret walk in shower was a delight in one of the rooms and the dressing area and size of the other certainly exceeded expectations. Would certainly recommend this property. Perfect for visiting Balmoral and the surrounding areas.

Natali and Tony were model hosts. They were super sweet and gracious, and made our little stay the highlight of our trip.

“Nr. 1 B&B in Balmoral”

The owner and his wife are both committed and friendly inn keepers with great conversation both about their experiences and the town of Ballater,/ Balmoral itself. Breakfast made individually and tastefully. Decor likewise very tasteful and in excellent /brand new condition. Ballater in the winter snow is magical place - picturesque views from our bedroom and breakfast table.

“Loved Ballater and loved St Andrews House”

Very big and comfortable bedroom with good facilities. Massive and comfortable bed. The apartment and in fact the whole building was beautifully and tastefully furnished. Everywhere was very clean. Great breakfast. Tony and Natalie were very welcoming and helpful. Just a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the centre of Ballater.
