“Lovely apartment & very well situated.”
Lovely apartment & very well situated. The rooms are a good size, with an ensuite & a very large 2nd bathroom. The living room & kitchen are big & a good size to relax in. The couches need some padding added, but they are usable. The bed was comfy. Note that the apartment is on the 1st floor & no lift, but the stairs aren't really steep. The apartment is literally 1 minute from the town centre, so no need to drive to the restaurants or bars. We highly recommend the Clachan Grill and the Alexandra Hotel Bar - both directly opposite the apartment. Ballater is a lovely little town with lots of shops & restaurants/bars, plus it's close for going to Balmoral. Good communication with the owners which was appreciated. Would recommend this apartment.

“A lovely relaxing apartment.”
Lovely quiet apartment. You could hear the river Dee babbling. On site parking was good. Short easy walk to shops yet you felt you were away from hustle and bustle.

“A brilliant stay – spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of Ballater.”
The accommodation was spotless, super comfortable, and the two bedrooms were perfect. Having two bathrooms was a bonus too, couldn’t have asked for more. Right in the centre, so ideal for exploring, with plenty to see and do nearby.

The apartment is within walking distance to town center. The oven is good and the kitchen is stocked adequately for a short stay.there is a bathroom and an ensuit, so great for our group of 4.
