Very neat and compact property ideal for a short stay. Parking on site. A short walk to the village (200m) where there are restaurants and a good pub to eat in. About 10 min drive to Balmoral and Braemar.

This is a very cosy and beautifully decorated cottage in a very quiet location, even though it's only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Ballater with a selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. It had a comfortable bed and a well kitted out kitchen with freshly ground coffee and a caffetiere. Parking outside the cottage was easy and it has a nice outdoor patio area to sit in. Ballater is a lovely town with lots of walks on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Ballater.

Exceptionally clean and spotless, host friendly and helpful. Property has everything needed for a short stay, conveniently located with a 2 minute walk to centre square.

Loved the location, walking distance to everything and very quiet. Facilities excellent. Didn't have much contact with the host as they were on holiday but they were very responsive prior to our stay and everything was perfect for our arrival.
