“Perfect quiet place to stay on a work trip, close to everything.”
The room was huge and tidy, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean, the advice for dinner and breakfast was perfect. It was a great stay and I will definitely be back. The shower water pressure was also good.

“Would stay anytime”
The room and bed was very comfortable. Electric blankets good, really needed in Ballarat. very clean and well cared room everything superbly placed for use. Exceptional nights stay ,would recomend to anyone. Good parking space, quiet area.

“Great place to stay”

“A truly wonderful place to stay”
The room was lovely. Huge rooms, comfy beds. Well appointed rooms. Spa in bathroom was a real treat. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Having a guest laundry was a bonus. One of my top stays since being on our road trip (6 weeks out of 10 in) I highly recommend this property

Lovely and quiet location. Easy walk to shops and cafe for breakfast. Very clean & tidy. The spa bath was great after a long day driving
