“Comfortable and warm”
Lovely gas heating made it very snug, as weather was chilly. Beds comfortable, secure parking. Plentiful facilities.

“We kept very warm on a cold weekend, easy to use facilities and cozy decor.”
We loved the small and cozy feel of the accommodation. We appreciated not having WIFI and other modern tech distractions. It was very private and suitable for our weekend stay allowing us to prepare and cook food, and use the laundry facilities.

Beautiful setting in quiet area - clan and spacious-great yard for pets , lovely Easter welcome package. A home away from home. Great heating and cooling options . Very aesthetically pleasing too! Close to Ballarat activities and town centre.

“A quaint cottage...”
A quaint, cosy cottage, set back from the road that offered privacy and peace. It offered enough space for 3 adults and 2 kids comfortably with a full kitchen, living area and 2 toilets.

“The cottage is a great space and very comfortable. Yard is a good place to explore for kids.”
The cottage is very cosy and cute, lots of space for family and the kids enjoyed the yard. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen had all the basic things you would expect.
