“Budget accommodation that’s good value”
Great undercover parking (very convenient in the cold, pouring rain). Quiet location. Large bathroom. Cozy (once the heater was working). The hydronic heater worked great for the second night. Comfortable bed and a warm blanket. Helpful staff.

A very good sized 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Literally across the road from Sovereign Hill and a 7 minute drive to Ballarat centre. Quiet as well. Jay, the manager is very helpful and kind.

Excellent room with a semi private yard that leads to the pool area for a fantastic price, conveniently situated 200 metres from Sovereign Hill Tourist Park. Highly recommend staying here.

“Beautiful townhouse, great and quiet location”
I liked it as it offered 2 bedroom townhouses. Good for families to stay in separate rooms instead of just 1 room all together like in hotels. Quiet and great location.

Everything in the apartment was clean and comfy. The only negative was that I am 82 and the apartment we stayed in was up two flights of stairs. They only had lifts to the opposite side of the building which wasn't mentioned
