This really is an exceptional property. Beautifully and tastefully appointed and everything that you might need is provided, including a bottle of wine. As well as the usual heating the bathroom has underfloor heating, making it a most comfortable place to stay in the middle of Ballarat's cold winters.

Amazing place - Comfortable, clean, cozy... The three C's! We loved our short stay here, and the host is lovely and helped us with any wifi issues we were having. I am a clean freak and I was impressed with how clean and fresh the place felt. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed, hubby told me I even snored! Also in a great spot, close to everything you need, including sovereign hill. Would absolutely recommend. 😊
