Check in was friendly and did get an upgrade to a better room, which was clean and welcoming. Most motels in this price range are looking a bit tired, but found what I got here a good outcome.

“Probably won't return again”
We paid $900 for 2 night stay in a Superior family room(public holiday rates) There isn't any kitchenette facilities and Wifi wasn't working so we used our own data to connect tv for the kids.

The Main Lead Ballarat is a budget friendly option with a comfy bed. The staff are friendly and for the most part you don't hear people outside your room. The staff turned the electric blanket on low before I got there as it was a cold night.
