We stayed in Room 3. The apartment was exactly as described online. Great little unit, refurbished decor to reflect the heritage of the building. Location perfect for us - pub on the corner and an easy walk into town. Onsite parking at rear. Excellent communication by staff regarding both check-in and check-out procedures.

“If you are patient and resourceful you can enjoy a short stay here.”
Shower was good, and spa was enjoyable although many wouldn't have the patience needed to get it started. Great position where you can walk to many local attractions. Rear parking if you are quick, but very limited turning space.

“A convenient overnight stay in Ballarat”
All we needed for an overnight stay in Ballarat. We parked in the yard at the rear which made it easier to get our gear inside in the rain. There were a number of nice little extras which made our stay more comfortable, like the rack in the bathroom and the biscuits in the kitchen.

“Comfy bed, slightly noisy if other rooms are occupied, fairly central location.”
The bed was lovely and comfortable, I slept incredibly well. The huge corner spa bath looked very inviting (unfortunately I wasn't able to use it due to time limitations). The location isn't bad, it's removed from the main part of Ballarat, but the walk into town is quite a short one. There is a pretty cool looking distillery right nearby and a nice looking cafe.

Door wouldn't close couldn't lock,wi fi didn't work, spa bath didn't work floors all squeaky, and pillows were average at best
