Dunstans Guest House Suites is a 7-minute drive from the heart of Ballarat and a 5-minute drive from Sovereign Hill where you can pan for gold. Mt Xavier Golf Course is a 12-minute drive. “Pleasantly surprised at the low rate for such a private, well appointed "little" house.”
You make your own which is great. The kitchen was welll equipped with everything one needs to self cater. The fact that there were rooms so you can have somre privacy if needed. The log fire ready to be lit. The small touches like very good tea/coffee making facilities, milk in the fridge, plenty of towels and bed clothes, good security, out of CBD but great location for Sovereign Hill.

Great location, with an IGA just around the corner for last minute items. Comfortable beds, enjoyable lounge area to relax in and thoughtful provisions supplied. The accommodation was very clean and I really appreciated the generously sized towels as opposed to the small ones that are often provided. Chocolates on arrival were a bonus!

It’s an awesome little gem! Everything you need, very clean, beautifully decorated, well priced, and fantastic welcoming communication with the host. It suited our needs as a family group. It’s the front section of a house converted to a guest stay.
