Great place, the heater and electric blankets were fantastic in the chilly weather. The amenities in the lil apartment were so handy to have, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Staff and customer service was exceptional, staff sent me a text including wifi password, pool times, local places to eat and how to check out as well as letting us know we could text them any questions/queries and use that number to message for any future bookings (have saved their number for this reason too!) right after I checked in and even responded to any messages sent via text in amazing time, absolutely can not fault the staff and their service was beyond pleased! 💯 Staff even replaced the juices my children drank whilst we were out, made our bed the day we weren’t there even though we were only there two nights and general housekeeping stated it was every second day of your stay, honestly can not fault or have a single complaint with the exceptional staff and customer service 🥰 They must be quite aware of how cold the second room was as well as they’d ensured a smaller heater then the main room heater was there to be used, oh and the electric blankets on all beds was the perfect touch to the cold nights ❣️ The pool was warm which my daughter loved being someone who wishes they could almost live in water and wanted to swim at 5pm the night we arrived, and the pool facilities were exceptionally clean, as well as having access to the little foam boards in this area was great (can’t remember what they’re called 😂) Location whilst not in the centre of town was still a good distance from everything we required, being 10 minutes from Wendouree (one of our main locations of travel whilst there) and 2-3 minutes from the Woodsman’s Caravan park (another main stop for us while visiting) but most things we were visiting were no more then 15 minutes travel which was absolutely fantastic ☺️ The area was amazingly quite for the location as well, and never heard any other guests even when the room beside us was booked and being used (as in previous places I’ve stayed where you can hear other guests outside, the next rooms TV ect), also loved the fact they had the two...

“Functional”
There were electric blankets on the beds and heater worked well! Rooms had everything we needed. Shower had great pressure and was very good new head. Staff were absolutely fantastic allowed for a late check out and allowed us to arrive earlier than 2pm as we had travelled from a distance and arrived earlier than expected. Pool was great!

I found the bed a bit hard, but the pool was good. But I think you need to put better lights in there.
