We were in family room 12 that had a separate room inside plus a well stocked kitchenette. Place was warm, clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. Walking distance from train station.

It was super quiet. Really clean and had toaster for me to make myself breakfast, microwave and kettle. Was set up really well and really clean and comfortable. Electric blanket on the bed was a bonus. Really good value for money.

Perfectly clean and tidy. Finally, good pillows and soft sheets! Good choice of TV channels. We had a room with a balcony it was lovely. Very quiet, must have good sound proofing. Shane at reception was so friendly and welcoming. We will only ever stay here when visiting family in Ballarat.

We had a 2 room unit all fully equipped with utensils for cooking if you wanted to. The second room had a single bed which I ended up sleeping in as I had a bad cough (not infectious) At check-out I mentioned that we had used the extra bed but there was no charge.
