We liked everything about our stay. It was a lovely quiet spot & not far from the train station, shopping or eat out spots. Than you for having us!

The house was immaculate. Well stocked and supplied kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The bedrooms were large and the beds were new and super comfortable. Everything you needed was there and had been thought of. The place was extremely clean and in a quiet street less than 2kms from town.

This accommodation was just perfect for my family. We came up for a sporting event and it was very comfortable and clean. The town house is set up with everything you could need and all the small touches made such a difference. There was heating for the chilli nights & the couches & beds very comfortable. Good location but you would need a car to get to local places. Lovley clean courtyard and lock up garage for car. So glad we booked here and would definitely stay again....thankyou

The property was very clean including cutlery, crockery (no stains etc) dishwasher and oven. Everything was in its place. The bathroom/toilet was also very clean - this is the first thing I check at any property! The host also provided nice hair and body wash. The interior was nicely decorated and welcoming. The deck outside was great for dinner on a warm evening.

Very clean, all the amenities that were available. Close to our function. All queries were answered in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this place.

“Great place to self cater in Ballarat”

The townhouse was beautifully appointed, comfortable, quiet location with secure off street parking. It was easy access to many Ballarat attractions and very convenient for our needs travelling as a couple with a single friend. Much better value for money than hotels/motels with full kitchen facilities for self catering. Lovely outdoor area with BBQ as well as plenty of seating for the three of us in the lounge and dining area, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

“Warm, cosy, well-appointed townhouse - we loved it!”

The townhouse was easy to find, there was a lockup garage at the back and it was warm and cosy when we arrived inside the house. The kitchen was clean and modern and had everything we needed, including basic condiments, tea/coffee/milk and dishwashing liquid. There is an upstairs and downstairs toilet, and good hot shower pressure! The heating was excellent, especially in Ballarat in winter, you really need it. Good wifi connection provided. The location was good if you have a car, very easy to get into town.

The accommodation was very homely. Everything was clean and close to Sovereign Hill and Kryal Castle. The area was quiet.

This was our second stay. The townhouse is extremely comfortable and only a couple of minutes drive to the centre of town. Parking is great - either on the street or in the fully enclosed garage. The bathroom is large and spacious as is the 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. There is a second toilet downstairs as well which is very convenient. The kitchen has everything you could need. Jo has done a wonderful job setting this up. Highly recommend to stay here when in Ballarat.

A great house, perfectly situated near the cbd and not far from sovereign hill. Very comfortable with everything we needed for our family weekend away. Would certainly recommend.
