It was convenient for a one night stay just to get my head down after an exhausting day At my home locally The room was clean, and although the bed was firm, it was comfortable and reasonably quiet these rooms are simple but spacious enough for one or two people great shower

Location is great for the Ballarat to Skipton rail trail. Even though it is in a busy road the traffic noise was not excessive
