Overview
Nestled amongst a vineyard, Sancerre Estate is located in the Granite Belt Wine region. B&B guests enjoy free cooked breakfast and rooms boasting a patio and mountain views. Sancerre Estate is a 10-minute drive from both Girraween National Park and Sundown National Park. It is a 15-minute drive from the heart of Stanthorpe. All B&B rooms have reverse-cycle air conditioning, flat-screen TV, bar-fridge, electric kettle with tea and coffee and a private bathroom. They all overlook the View Wine vineyard. Guests can relax by the fireplace in the shared lounge area, complete with leather lounges, a stereo and a selection of books and games. Free newspapers are on offer. A fully cooked breakfast is included in the room rate for the bed and breakfast King Room. A King Room, room only rate without breakfast is also available. A breakfast hamper is available on request for guests staying in the Shiraz Cottage.

We stayed at the Shiraz Cottage, which is an awesome set up with fantastic views across the vineyard and the valley. The Cottage is well set up with 3 spacious bedrooms, all containing very comfortable robes. we would highly recommend this accomodation, and we will be back for sure.

Location was great. View from the verandah was wonderful. Perfect location to sit back with a glass of wine and watch the changing colours of the landscape through the afternoon. Very peaceful and relaxing.

“Beautiful valley views!”
The views from this property are beautiful, it takes in the whole valley and is on the door-step of a large range of wineries, including its own! The local pub has great food and live music on a Saturday night and is just 5 minutes away from the property. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again - such a great property for a trip to Ballandean and the wine region.
