“Clean -value money -good staffs”
Staff are very good and supportive Mohammed Sayed Md Sajan Abdullah is an Maji Islam All the staff - reception are very supportive We recently went to Al Bahah for an Eid family trip and spent two nights there. Our experience with the hotel staff was excellent. We had also booked and paid for an additional room for a friend who was unable to join us. When I requested a refund just an hour after check-in, the hotel refunded the amount without any questions. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was truly appreciated, and we had a wonderful time staying at this hotel.”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. It earned a solid five excellent points and four very good points from me. The apartment was well-suited for both couples and families, offering a spacious, comfortable, and quiet environment that felt like a real home away from home. The location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it convenient for our outings. What I particularly liked was the overall calmness, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay, which can be hard to find in busy areas. The staff was attentive and accommodating, and the apartment was well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
