From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. We were given an upgrade to a Seaview room where the view was amazing. The bed was comfy and the room very clean with most amenities one needs. The breakfast was outstanding with so many choices which changed daily and having breakfast on the top floor with those views was a treat.

We had a wonderful stay at Troulis Apart-Hotel. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A very special thank you goes to Kostas at the reception. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel truly welcome by offering us a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise. On the day of our departure, he also kindly allowed us to stay longer than the regular check-out time, which we greatly appreciated. His kindness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was not huge, but it was definitely varied and thoughtfully prepared. There was enough choice for us to enjoy tasty and filling breakfasts every morning. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

It was very clean and quiet, rooms were spacious. Great location right in the middle of Bali. Especially great was Nick, he made us feel at home and gave us tips on where to go to get the best experience. He really went above and beyond!

We booked a "Deluxe Studio" for two people – the rooms are new and very tastefully furnished. Despite the many rooms facing the courtyard/pool and the hotel being fully booked, we slept well on the comfortable beds and it was very quiet. The breakfast was simple and fresh. The property is well managed by Kostas & his team, and everything was great.

The staff were all super friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Everything was clean, breakfast had different choices everyday. Very short walk to a great beach and good tavernas.

It was a good hotel, and everything was really nice! Stuff, location, food, rooms .. Everything. And what I can notice is a wonderful view from our window! Just relax…

Breakfast was fresh and varied daily with live cooking station for scrambled eggs and pancake fritters etc ... and more than enough to choose from 👍 Room was really nice and clean. sea view was fabulous ... highly recommend this hotel and will return for sure 👍 ** Huge bonus ! just along the next road down, was a fabulous quiet, peaceful, little sea view bar serving drinks and delicious ( cheap ;) cocktails as well as cups of tea and having crazy golf area and a poole table (along side the sea vessel hotel ) great and very friendly barman too 👍👍 highly recommend this place too

Beautiful seaview apartment in a quiet location in Bali. Spacious, clean & comfortable apartment. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking right outside the apartment. Wonderful, friendly & helpful reception staff. Highly recommend a stay here 😊

We stayed at this property on the first three days of our arrival in Crete. The reception staff were kind, attentive to our requests and questions, and very professional. We really appreciated this. The room was well-appointed and had all the comforts. A few small suggestions from a guest: more wall hooks for hanging clothes would be useful, especially in the bathroom. We also really appreciated the breakfast, which was varied and catered to every need. The staff was also courteous, professional, and empathetic. Another positive comment goes to the cleaning ladies and the man who cleans the pool and waters the plants in the evening. A heartfelt thank you for pampering us.

The hotel is in a very good location. Some rooms probably have a great view. The common areas look good. The staff is very nice and friendly. The beach is just a few steps away.

Wow! What a stay on our honeymoon. The standard of cleanliness and quality of apartments exceeded our expectations, with great breakfast options. The hotel gave us a nice touch for our honeymoon on arrival, and the location of the hotel and apartments are perfectly situated in Bali. Nick & Kostas the hotel managers during our trip were outstanding. Extremely helpful, kind people who were very attentive. The onsite masseuse Raphella was so good we came back for more massages, the best massages we’ve ever had! Can’t recommend this place enough!
