We have just spent 6 nights at the Gorgonna Hotel in Bali, Crete. It was wonderful from start to finish. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily, modern rooms, lovely breakfast. The pool area is a oasis of calm, comfy sunbeds always available and a good size pool. The hotel taverna serves great Greek food, we ate there most evenings. Cocktails were good too. Location is ideal for Livadi beach, its 2 minutes away as are shops and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time with all amenities close by. Shout out to the lovely waitress who served us every day and was so kind. She helped organise a birthday cake made by Katerina (her cake making skills and desserts are exceptional). Thanks for a great holiday.

“calm and cozy stay in Bali”

always space at the large pool, child area, couches, playground for our kid. 1min walk down to the beach. just perfect with the Mousses cafe there and sunbeds to rent (15eur per day) and they bring you drinks and food from menu ordered. hotel makes their own desserts and cakes... leave space for that after enjoying delicious Gyros from the kitchen. all very yummy and tasteful. we stayed 3 nights and all 3 dinners we had there. always full and happy breakfast is also enough for a good start into the day.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The pool area and the restaurant is nice and confortable. The access to the beach front is easy and just 50 meters away.

“Relaxed break with execellent food.”

The hotel room was extremely comfortable with a good sized balcony. The pool area had plenty of loungers and sunshades. The resturant served excellent food. We did not have the available buffet breakfast. Short walk to a good bakery and supermarkets.

Excellent location by the beach, close to the bus station and tourist train. Comfortable room with fridge and kettle, balcony with partial sea view. Basic breakfast but the food we had in the evening at the taverna was among the best on the island and highly recommended.

“Fantastic value for money!”

Great value for money! The room size was just right, with a spacious shower and a balcony offering a partial sea view. The rooms were cleaned daily, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The pool was fantastic – not crowded at all, and there were always free sunbeds, which is rare compared to other hotels. The taverna served delicious food at fair prices. Overall, I truly recommend this place!

Our stay at Gorgona Hotel was truly wondeful from communication before arrival till everyday there. Location is truly great - 2 mins to the beach, surrounded by multiple options for lunches and dinners, including Gorgona Taverna. Breakfasts are quite good and you can have them at peaceful terrace with a great view. I especially enjoyed the warmness and help of all employees - any issues we had were resolved immediately! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with AC, fridge and balcony. Our room towels were updated regularly, and you can also rent a beach towel for a small fee. Hotel swimming pool is beautiful and very modern, cleaned everyday! It takes 10 mins on foot to the bus stop leading you to other Crete cities, around 20-30 mins to other Bali beaches. The area is not flat, so expect some low-to-medium hiking.

Kind staff helped us with our heavy luggage, and organise a taxi. Rooms are lovely, bed is so comfortable. The location was brilliant with access to so many places to eat and the beach to do activities

“Truly relaxing getaway”

The property is located in a beach town (Bali) - it took us about 1.5 hours to drive there from Chania airport. The property is really charming and the hosts are very welcoming - infact we were happy to spend a lot of our time at the property, chilling by the pool and enjoying meals at the hotel restaurant. I would recommend this property to other travelers and would definitely stay there again.

Everthing was great, the room, the pool side the taverna is really pretty and the food is excelent.
