Resort services but not a big building for mass tourism. Nice garden, wonderful terrace for breakfast and dinner. Very good food, nice pool and pool bar. Just in front of the beach (paying sun sets) and a very nice restaurant with sea view.

“The relax we were looking for”
Room was clean, very quiet and bed was super comfortable, staff are friendly and always ready to help. We were kindly upgraded rooms due to my pregnancy and it was lovely, big, airy and bright. The beach nearby was beautiful, the sun loungers were super comfortable. The Mambo beach cafe/restaurant was beautiful and delicious. Plenty of free parking nearby.

“Very close to the beach”
The hotel is really close to a sandy beach and located in a very convenient location, with plenty shops and restaurants around. The buffet at breakfast and dinner is pretty good with plenty choices and good quality. The staff at the restaurant, especially the boys, are always helpful, polite and smiley. Please, make sure to pass our thanks to them. The room is big enough for a family of three.

“A very comfortable stay where we had a spectacular experience all-around.”
The hotel itself is perfectly made for the comfort of all visitors: breakfast and lunch are served fresh, the location is close to many great tavernas such as Mambo, Galini etc. There are rooms with private swimming pools and ones with shared pools suitable for different budgets and the reception is very friendly, patient and helpful.

“Well located resort very close to the beach and other areas in Bali.”
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large balcony and excellent sea views. It was a short walk to the breakfast dining area and the breakfast choices were very good. It was also a very short walk to the beach and Mambo's which was an excellent restaurant overlooking the beach. I would definitely stay here again. A taxi from Heraklion to Bali cost about Euros70 and took about 45 minutes.

“Calm place to enjoy holidays”
I liked the staff, in hepled if the help was needed. We had rooms with sea view and it was located on the 2 nd floor, roof had nice green grass, which our kid enjoyed. Liked the breakfast.

Very happy with our stay at the Bali Star. Excellent facilities, very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, very modern and super clean. Cleaning ladies are very friendly and always smiling. 10 out of 10 for breakfasts, lots of variety and fresh produce. The hotel located very conveniently next to a beach and tavernas. We booked 3 rooms and he staff went extra mile to keep us as close as possible, thank you very much!! Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Crete!!

“Wonderful stay and Good prices”
The only hotel with real access to the beach without going up a 90⁰ hill. Our room was right on the beach and had an exit straight exit to it. Good nice stuff. Next to the best restaurant in the area "mamboo" And really comfortable beds and couches. The hotel helped us find a cab and guided us to where we wanted to go.
