Overview
The all inclusive Hotel Bali Beach & Sofia Village is situated at the north coast of Crete, at one of the most beautiful holiday areas of the island, at the fishing village of Bali, 29 km East of Rethymnon and 49 km West of Heraklion. The hotel complex is in the center of the village of Bali, offering accommodation on a 12 acre plot near traditional taverns, restaurants, cafes, various shops and super markets. It is divided in 5 buildings , two of them are in front of the beach and three of them are just above with steps up separated from the village road. It offers a variety of comfortable accommodation to suit your needs, just 100 metres from the popular sandy beach. It enjoys a hillside location in Bali. Built in traditional style and surrounded by flowers and olive groves, this hotel provides a relaxing base for your stay. The taste of a cocktail or a snack next to the sea breeze is a memorable experience. The friendly water sports staff, will welcome the guests for a trip around the bay on a water-ski or fun-ride or take it easy in a canoe or pedalo with local charge. Sandy Beach with Beach Snack Bar (sun beds, gazepos, sun loungers and umbrellas with charge). Service on the beach with food and drinks (charge).

Great views and beautiful location. The hotel is quite big, so be ready for some stairs, but everything else was excellent - tasty food, clean rooms (cleaned daily), and very friendly staff. Overall, very good value for money. Perfect choice for a budget-friendly stay.

The only things I liked about the accommodation were the location, the beautiful view, and the fact that the beach was nearby (even though we had to pay 20 euros per day for the sunbeds).
