“Good and bad”
Big room. Moderately cozy, if it was not so freezing inside. Big bathtub. Wi-Fi works. Hot water with good pressure and no interruptions. Mostly quiet, I did not hear neighbours. Location is far from everything, but you can grab a bus to an MRT and at night ubering there was not outrageously expensive.
