The location is beautiful and the house is well equipped. The staff were incredibly helpful.

“Short but sweet stay, Ometepe is wonderful and we had a great time.”

Loved the setting and the noises from the birds and insects, and the occasional howler monkey - I saw spider monkeys in the big tree on the corner of the drive. Very peaceful (apart from the donkeys on occasion!) and spacious apartment with huge balcony and hammocks, and great views of the volcano. Helpful, friendly staff and great service from Jose Luis re taxis and ATV hire. Driving the ATV was fine once I got the hang and the roads are pretty good and mostly car-free. Well equipped bathroom and kitchen with useful basics ie rice, coffee, salt & pepper, oil. Well kept grounds - a lovely place.

“Excellent Finca! 10/10”

We would absolutely recommend Finca Ometepe. The house was clean and very well maintained, we were constantly being visited by birds and butterflies on the patio and in the garden. We loved the tour of the farm, trying fresh produce, and even milking the goats! Breakfast was delicious as well.

“Beautiful house in nature”

Lovely little house in nature we stayed 3 days and wish we could stay longer. we loved the animals and the chance to ride the beautiful horses also we milked the goats which was a fantastic experience and the staff round the property were so nice and got back to us very quickly with any questions

Set in beautiful gardens and scenery but close to a small town with restaurants etc. loved the 2 cats too - so friendly and lovely to have a cuddle with. Rooms are a great size. Kitchen looked like its well equipped although we didn’t use it bar making some morning coffee.

“To perfect place to disconnect a bit.”

It felt peaceful and private, yet also safe! We loved the butterflies in front of our cabin and we liked all the greenery. The kitchen was perfect and I loved having two lounge areas (eating and sitting). Staff was very friendly!

“Great Place with a beautiful Garden with a lot Of animals!”

This finca is a working farm and orchard. The animals provide a grounding effect and the orchard is varied and lovingly kept up. As is the entire property. The hosts are wonderful and caring and provided excellent service in helping us decide on tours and guides. Overall, it was extra special in every way! From now on, it will be where I stay when visiting Ometepe!

When you Go to ometepe island you need to reserve the ferry for you car. No buddy tell us. But they know how to swipe youre card. No refound or changing dates.

“Great house and staff”

Entire house for yourself, including hammock, terrace, kitchen, drinking water and eggs/fruits from the farm. Very nice and welcoming staff, while being discreet Lovely dogs :)

Finca Ometepe was very peaceful. It had beautiful gardens, the fruit trees smelled amazing and we saw so many colourful birds. It was lovely to start the day with the fresh breakfast they make and admire the surroundings.

The farm and petroglyph tour from Wilbur was great. 2 hours was plenty of time to learn and see so much. The dogs were friendly. Enjoyed the outdoor seating with the 2 tables, rocking chairs and hammocks.

We stayed in the little casita and it was absolutely amazing. The place is a treat for your soul. Very clean, relaxing, beautiful view! Recommended 100% We paid 10 USD for a laudry though which felt a little overpriced but other than that everything was wonderful, everyone was helpful and the animals are just precious.

it was such a beautiful farm to stay at! The place was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful! was a little far from the road but if you have a car then you're fine. Would for sure stay at again.

“A place to come back”

Such a stunning place! The owners and staff were really nice and helpful. We were able to milk the goats and take a tour to the nearby petroglyphs with one of the local guides. He was super knowledgeable and explained a lot about the history of the island. The house were whe stayed was really clean, well maintained and had super comfy beds. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. At the farm there are different animals and lots of space to explore, perfect for the kids. We loved our stay and will for sure be back!
