“Honest Stay Review (Convenient Location but Has Some Issues)”
We purposely booked here to enjoy a different side of the area and to stay closer to the bus terminal, which was very convenient. The owner was friendly and welcoming, even offered free karaoke. The heater worked well, the area looked decent, and there are nearby shops which made things easier. Despite the issues, I’d still consider staying here again for the convenience and the kind owner.

Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to supermarket, transport and to Sabang beach. A place worth staying....value for money!🥰

Had a great stay at the Brown Epitome Lodge for 2 nights. The rooms are clean and with a very nice fresh scent when entering so you feel comfortable directly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even let us use a blender so we could make our own smoothie and let's us leave our bags for a few hours after checkout so we could go around.

“Affordable and spacy”
I like the room they gave us. They have other rooms just infront of the Brown epitome lodge. It was a twin bed room that they converted to double bed. The room is big even the toilet and bath has a lot of space. It has a hot shower which I really like. They are also considerate for early check ins like us. They let us check in at 11am. Its just a walking distance from the bus terminal and the market. The room only cost us 1,200 only for 1 night which is much cheaper than the other hotels/ins beside the beach. You have to pay a 50% pre-payment and 50% cash on the day of your check in which is good for us since it gives you the assurance to keep your reservation under your name since I read some bad reviews about their reservation.
