Villa Lav is situated in the ancient Istrian town of Bale. It is surrounded by a lush garden with an outdoor pool equipped with sun loungers. A pool bar is available for the guests, as well as a barbecue and a restaurant. The restaurant serves homemade delicacies such as oven baked lamb, pork, duck and homemade bread, as well as fish specialties, and disposes of a covered terrace. Breakfast is served every day. The Villa disposes of a free Wi-Fi connection and free secured parking facilities. Rooms are air-conditioned and feature a desk, a TV and a safe. En-suite bathrooms feature a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The centre of Bale can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Guests can visit the museum in church and the beach exhibition of dinosaurs. The town of Bale is entirely made of stone and dates back to the Roman period. Kamp Colone Beach is 7 km away, as well as Kamp San Polo. The colourful coastal town of Rovinj is 10 km away. Main Bus Stop is located in Rovinj, while Pula Airport is 25 km away. Bale features a local bus stop that takes the guests to the surrounding towns of Rovinj, Vodnjan or St. Vincenat.

Beautiful property. Free parking available. Restaurant was great for dinner. Lovely pool area. Freestanding bath in our room. We loved exploring the old town where we went for coffee and a morning snack before we set off on our next drive.

“Cozy and relaxing stay close to Rovinj”
Amazing place! Everything was just perfect - good location, beautiful garden and pool area, very comfortable and spacious room, tasty breakfast and most importantly very attentive and welcoming staff. Our biggest recommendation!!!! We’ll be back 😊

“Great holiday place to stay, regardless if short or long”
Very well maintained, extremely clean, great food (dinner and breakfast, plenty of parking place, fenomenal pool and pool area, very friendly staff, nice location (10mins walk from tow center) and within 30mins drive from major Istrian towns (Pula, Fazana/Brijuni isles, Rovinj, Porec, Santavicenat, etc.)

Quiet location, beautiful grounds and pool, short walk to delightful town of Bale. We only stayed one night as this was a transit stop before flying back to Uk from Pula but it would be a great base for a longer stay in Istria if you have a car.

Very nice villa in the beautiful old town of Bale. The garden with swimming pool is beautiful, it is great place to relax during the hot summer days. Parking was easy in fron of the property. Our room was very small but cosy with the view to the garden. Aircondition was very helpful in the hot summer days. The food in the restaurant was very good.

“Amazing place with fabulous pool - the perfect holiday!”
Villa Lav simply exceeded our expectations in every way. The place is a hidden gem in the village of Bale and it offers a relaxed high quality holiday. If you want to escape crowds on the beaches or simply find a perfect retreat to get away from the business of your daily life, this is the place for you. The owners and the staff was so pleasant (and professional!), they made us feel like we were home every day. The property was very well groomed and the rooms were spotless, furnished with beautiful custom made furniture. Wifi in the room was good. More importantly, the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is more than rich! It offers variety of food for everyone's taste. The restaurant in the Villa Lav offers Istrian and Macedonian cuisine and it is definitely worth visiting. Last but not least, the swimming pool is amazing. It is surrounded with high pine trees and there are plenty of sun beds around it for all quests. We saw pictures on the website but the reality was even better. The size of the pool is 18 x 13 m! During our stay in villa Lav, we visited Rovinj (12 km away), the Bale open air jazz festival and we went to an open air concert in Pula Arena. In addition to relaxing time in the villa, there are plenty of nice places to visit and events to attend nearby this beautiful property.

We didn't have breakfast there. The location is good... You can access the hamlet center easily.
