The hotel is in a beautiful small village in Istria, just on the edge of the old town. It has several beautiful terraces and very friendly staff in the restaurant. The dinner menu is excellent.

The small village is a pearl, we loved it. The hotel itself with it's old building refurbished also a nice spot in the central old village. The room had a good space. Well equipped and clean bathroom which is very important for us. The restaurant has very delicious meal for a higher price, but there is another restaurant next to the hotel which is better in price and same nice food. The breakfast was rich but everyday the same, still could be varied every day on our 3 day stay. It was clean and tidy hotel with nice and helpful staff. They have spa inc. in price, but we had no time to try unfortunately.

My fiancé and I spent a wonderful three weeks in this truly unique place. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home thanks to the exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional staff. The warm, welcoming atmosphere was unlike any typical hotel and the property is made up of beautifully restored old stone houses, carefully connected and transformed into a charming retreat. As you walk through the hallways, you can almost breathe in the simple, authentic history of Istria. Every corner is tastefully decorated, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the whole ambience is both relaxing and inspiring. Breakfast was an absolute highlight, offering an excellent variety from fresh local delicacies to classic breakfast favorites, ensuring there was something for everyone. When it came time to leave, we were touched to receive a bottle of their own homemade olive oil, produced by the hotel itself, as a farewell gift. The owner even personally treated us to a glass of wine, a gesture that perfectly reflected the warmth and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the reception team, the waiters, and the housekeeping staff. Your professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made our stay truly unforgettable. Very clean, comfortable bed, great small wellness centre. Great location to explore Istria - close to all the inland treasures yet again close to the coastline, historic cities and good beaches. Parking is close.

Very nice vintage hotel in a beautiful little town with an excellent restaurant. Breakfast is in buffet style offering a complete choice. Staff is super helpful and our room was comfortable with a spacious bath room.
