“Bale is beautiful and the location of the accomodation is perfect, but it is not suitable for a relaxing family vacation”
Location was perfect, parking lot near and free for guests, access card for nearby high quality camping at the sea, city of Bale is beautiful. Baby cot was provided and the host was really nice.

“Such a great place to stay!”
Guest House Franko is amazing place to stay in the middle of picturesque village. We've spent there few days during main summer season and it was absolutelly enjoying. Beautiful place, beautiful village and nice landlady. I recommend it for individuals, couples and famillies too. Thank you!

“Great hosts, great value for money.”
Amazing value for money, considering how expensive Istria has become. The landlady was very kind and super helpful. She offered us fresh vegetables from her garden and homemade olive oil. She also gave us the access card to the Mon Perin camp, so that we could enter the territory and park close to the beach. Yes, the furniture and the kitchen are quite old, but the apartment was very clean and tidy. Wooden blinds kept the biggest heat out and during the night we made a draft so it was possible to sleep also without the AC. The house is conveniently located in the old town of Bale, 2 minutes walk away from the castle, 5 minute walk from the town's only supermarket. Parking was free (the host provided us with the permit), and located only 1 minute away from the apartment. We highly recommend Guest House Franko.

“Ideal”
