“Good hospitality and value, but keep an earplug handy”

- Convenient Location: A comfortable 15-minute walk to the metro station. Having large supermarkets like Carrefour and Migros right at the station is a huge plus for grabbing groceries. Downside - you have to do uphill. - Flexible Check-in: I arrived late, but the management was very accommodating and organized a smooth self-check-in process for me. - Helpful Staff: The administration was incredibly responsive and did their absolute best to assist with any requests. - Kitchen Perks: It was great to have free coffee and tea available in the kitchen. - Affordable: Reasonable price for the service provided.

Location is good if you need to stay in the area, communication with hotel is also fine. Room was clean but the one that we booked is a small one (there are of course different types). Price we got was also ok for the time of the year. They provided baby cot free of charge. AC is working fine.

Staff was very helpful. The room was large.

“Nice little Bed&Breakfast”

Very friendly people, nice rooms, very comfortable. Koffee, tea and biscuits available at all time. The location is a bit far from the center but in a nice area near the university.

Clean and comfortable. Open area for breakfast, free coffee/tea. Very close to the economic university. Easy access to the Metro station. Food market and bakery nearby. Very kind and helpful host.

The room was spacious and comfy. The bathroom was very clean and in good working condition. Yes, there is a patio door to the bathroom, but it was okay. There is a self service kitchen with ground coffee, which was nice to find in the morning. No breakfasts though. The area around is very nice with lots of cafes, coffee shops, restaurants within walking distance. There is also a park nearby if you need to take your dog out. Oh, and they are dog friendly!

“Very comfortable stay, I would definitely stay there again!”

I stayed at 8 Rooms House for a little more than 2 weeks, and I also worked from my room every weekday. I can say that it was a very comfortable stay. The host (Neslihan Hanim) was amazing! She did her best to make her guests feel comfortable. She was always kind, helpful and positive. Sakine Hanim, who was responsible for cleaning, was also great. They offer laundry and ironing services (with a small fee). And the room was cleaned on a regular basis. There is always water, tea, and coffee in the communal kitchen area (free of charge). There are also tables where you can have your breakfast. The location is very convenient. It is close to the Agora Shopping Centre, Teleferik, markets, and bakeries (delicious!). There is a kettle and a small fridge in the room. My room was on the first floor, and it had a balcony. It was nice to sit on the balcony on hot summer evenings. I'd definitely stay there again.

“Lovely place for a stay”

Everything was great. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was large with a luxurious feeling. The room and the whole place in general was beautifully decorated, and the hostess was super friendly. Really loved our stay there, even though it was just overnight.
