Quiet and peaceful, friendly host on brief acquaintance, good facilities. Very handy to Rosebank, walking track. We enjoyed sitting outside on the comfy chairs under the awning and it was warm enough to eat outside.

“Good facilities but absentee hosts”
There was no breakfast. The location would have been good if I had a car, but walking from the bus was not so easy. I was very impressed that the lady from Four Square gave me a ride to the property. .

The location is just a couple of minutes from the main highway, so it is very convenient for road trippers. The room is comfortable, and the hostess is super friendly. It is a separate building to the main house, so you have plenty of privacy. It is at the end of a shared drive, so there is no through traffic. It was quiet and comfortable.
