The hotel is beautiful. The mens at the entrance are very friendly, they speak English. However, the people working in the restaurant barely understood the room number in English. The first day at dinner no one asked us for drinks, the second day at dinner the lady asked us for drink after we finished eating. The service in the restaurant could be much friendlier. As soon as they see an empty plate they immediately ask if it is free. All the best for the hotel, however, there is a lot that could be better in the restaurant.

Nice room, good size, clean, excellent view of the lake and a lot of birds, nice balcony, good breakfast. We didn't try the spa. Reception staff ok, he helped us in finding a good restaurant. Overall, it was ok.

The property has a great location. It is well kept and clean (I am a germaphobe so it was not perfect for me but it was good). We were surprised to find out we were given a room with a lake view when we only booked one with a garden view - which was a really lovely and pleasant surprise! The breakfast was okay. The value for money is really good for what you get. Unfortunately we were there for a very quick stay as we were traveling on a long route, however the addition of the spa centre with views of the lake and the tennis court definitely make this a place where we would like to come back asap! I highly recommend this place on the Balaton :)

“Helpful staff , good food and beautiful location .”
Very friendly staff. Willing to help . I asked for extra towels for the spa and also slippers and they were kind enough and offered me some . Also breakfast and dinner were very good with a buffet at a good price . Big swimming pool if you want to swim.

Food-no flavor, poor selection of dinner Room- dead flies on the walls Customer service- we requested a crib to be put in our room. When we arrived we had to requested again and the hotel staff put the crib in front of the door so we should place it and get it together by ourselves.

Great location, beautiful view from the wellness and from the room's terrace (room with lake view). We were in a family room and we were surprised that in both of the rooms were television and a separated terrace with table and chairs, our kids really loved it. The room was quite big, the beds were comfortable. Bu The pools and the wellness were almost empty in the morning, we could relax and enjoy the fabolous view of lake Balaton. The price and the value is great, the breakfast is very good with a lot of option to choose.

“Nice hotel right next to the lake with great view and wellness center”
Wellness center specially finnish sauna and cold tub, great view to the lake and bufe breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor which has best view to the lake and was comfy and clean. Also liked the possibility of play pool, darts and table tennis.

“Sunset dream”
The view from the hotel was amazing, sunset above the lake. The room was spacious, a nice balcony and a more than great breakfast. Keto diet people will be happy here.
