János is a fantastic host who does everything to make your stay enjoyable. We had a comfortable, spacious apartman. It was very clean, comfortable beds with nicely scented bed linen. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. On the top floor there was a little balcony next to the trees so we could see the visiting birds coming for the feeder. I always had my morning coffee there. The nice beach is in walking distance, a little food store as well. There is a garden and an other balcony. We had a great time and would like to come back. “Convenient, cozy place in Szemes.”

The Apartment spreads over two floors in the hous of the owner. It is furnished in a simple way and contains many items/decorations that the owner built himself. It contains everything one needs for holiday. Furthermore, the owner - Mr. Zákocs - is the perfect host: he is always available, helpful, and friendly. For instance, he did not only sho us the grull, but also provided us with charcoal and lighter fluid and cleaned everything after the evening. To get to the beach, one needs to walk some 10 minutes. A small, but very convenient shop is on the road on the back of the house. Overall a simpler, but very comfortable place.
